Dr. Shraddha is contributing in the field of Corporate Training as a content developer, trainer and consultant. She has been teaching various subjects such as OB, HRM, SHRM, Talent Management, Training & Development, motional Intelligence & Managerial Effectiveness and Principles of Management etc. Shraddha believes in challenging the status quo, which made her participate and won the title of “Mrs. India 2018” organized by “Mrs. India She is India.”.

MBM (Human Resource), PhD (Leadership Management)

Experience : Dr. Shraddha is a confident lady with 16+ years experience in academics, corporate training and consulting. She completed Ph.D on the topic of “Leadership Behavior” and MBA in HRM. She attended various National & International Conferences including Dubai and Bangkok and Japan as destinations in the capacity of Guest speaker and Session chair. She has recently been Awarded as Best- Professor in B-School Category by India Today in association with Worldwide Achievers Academy and World Achievers Magazine in World Education Summit 2018, Delhi. She carried out research in the areas of Corporate Leadership, Managerial Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employer Branding and Emotional Intelligence etc. and 27 of her research papers have been published in reputed National & International Indexed Journals with high impact factors.
