Qualification and Experience
Dr. Yashswini Varde has completed her Ph.D. on the title “The Effect of Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) Indicators on Performance of Emerging Economies and Business Organizations” from International Institute of Professional Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore and has IIM Indore alumni status. Currently working as an Assistant Professor at International Institute of Management Studies, Pune. She is an experienced Finance professional with enriched 7 year of blended experience in Industry and Academics. She has completed her Integrated MBA (MS) with Finance Specialization in 2015 and received BAT Sliver Award in India BAT Challenge 2014 by Bloomberg. Dr: Yashwini Varde

She has published numerous research papers in reputed National and International Conferences/Journals such as INDAM, CERE, ENETE, Indian Journal of Economics University of Allahabad etc. Her research interest area are Sustainability, ESG, Corporate Governance, Behavioral Finance etc. She has mentored more than 100 graduate and under graduate research project. She has also conducted workshops on Excel Foundation, SPSS Statistical Software, MS-Office for both students and working professional. Her subjects of Interest are but not limited to Financial Management, Bank Insurance, Financial Accounting, Managerial Economics, Financial Market and Financial Service, Excel Foundation. She is an active Reviewer Member of International Journal of Creative Research Thoughts IJCRT (Member ID: 117473) and life time Associate Member of International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS), Japan.
